High accuracy ±0.03% (DCV)
Accuracy is determined by the exactness of reference voltage and resistance elements, temperature coefficient, drift of an operational amplifier, etc. Therefore, STD5000M uses IC-generating standard voltage with a constant temperature oven as the reference voltage, a metallic film resistor or wire-wound resistor with a broad allowable tolerance and a low temperature coefficient for resistance elements, and low drift ICs for the operation amplifier.
Calibration with six functions
STD5000M has six built-in functions for calibration (DCV, ACV, DCA, ACA, OHM, HZ) and can be used for research, calibration, or maintenance of DMMs, DPMs, circuit testers or industrial instruments. It can also be used as a sensor.
6 x 15 (90) different operations can be stored.
With a memory function for 80 output settings, STD5000M can keep 6 X 15 (90) operations in memory, which is useful for repetitive calibration with the same device.
Speedy and stable settings
Except for the power switch, all operations are done by soft-touch push buttons. Semiconductor switches and latching relays with a low electromotive force for the circuit switches allow superior thermostability and durability.
Overload protection
Semiconductor circuits provide overload protection during generation of low voltage current. To increase the safety level, middle/high voltage overload is compensated for with open circuits and output terminals.
